This week I thought I would go a different route for my Monday Moans post. While I love male eye candy, I still can find the beauty in the female form.  And in this case I love the fact that she's not a perfect size two.  She has lush curves like most of my heroines do.  Enjoy!

Monday Moans {24}: Like fine wine....

So I usually only give you one picture to drool over, but when I went looking for some yummy eye candy to tease you with this week, I couldn't narrow my pick down to just one. (I have a huge folder of yummy older men that I use for inspiration for Amery, one of my older Doms in my Doms of Chicago Series)  So I give you two this week of the super sexy Anthony Varrecchia. Monday Moans {23}: I See You

Was going through some old downloads and ran across this picture. It originally was used from my romance trading cards - remember those things?  I still have a whole stack of them in my promo chest.  This was my orignial inspiration for Caelan - the dom who started it all nearly ten years ago.  He still packs quite the punch - even in this pose he has a take control vibe. It's as if he is looking right into your soul and sees a woman's darkest desires.  

And with me revising his mother's story (where he makes an appearance or three) at the moment - damn if a little bit of eye candy doesn't help.

Monday Moans {22}: Moaning for a Different Reason

I know I used this picture waaaay back in the day for a post I did on Shibari  but honestly I ran across it today in my archives and damn if it doesn't still have my inner robe bunny squealing.  Something very erotic about not only the lighting and black and white format the photographer used, but also contrast of the dark rope against her lighter skin - it gets me every time.

Monday Moans {21}: Can I touch?

It's been awhile since I've posted anything on my blog - a sin that my P.A. is about to beat me for.  What can I say? Real life got in the way of everything even remotely related to writing.  But I'm determined not to get completely derailed again. I'm going to get back on track...and this picture definitely has stroked the creative...juices shall we say?  There's just something about a strong back that makes me weak in the knees!

Not only is this a damn sensual picture, I just love this gal's hair. (come on, I know I'm not the only person that has fetish for long hair...lol)

Monday Moans {9}: Can inanimate be sexy...

Okay for the first time since I've started Monday Moans, an inanimate object made it onto my feature...and will probably have everyone saying...wait! where's the sexy men gone? 

However, while hunky men find their way on to my blog on a regular basis, it's not just males that can make a woman gasp or drool.  As a graphic artist, I'm always looking at tons of stock photos (for both myself and other authors) and it's not always a sexy set of abs or bedroom eyes that catch my attention.  

Point, in case...the picture below.  I was looking for stock for the second Cattail Club book and ran across this picture.   While it doesn't fit the branding I have going on with the Cattail Club, there was something about it that drew my eye.   Is it the stark contrast of the dark braided whip against the white branch? Or perhaps the warm glow coming from the right?  

I don't know. But it immediately struck a cord in my creatative soul...so I bought it for an entirely different book, one that will come out later this year.  (check out Random Tuesday tomorrow for a sneek peek at the finished cover as I talk about creating sexy covers.)   

Monday Moans {8}: Hold me a little closer...

Ran across this picture while hunting for some new images for cover art.  I truly love the feeling this picture gives off.  It's as if she's comforting him, holding him close, but the pure strength of his body (just look at those arms....drool) shows his physical strength.  *sigh*  I so could make a book of this picture alone.
